As I'm by no means an expert on this band, but I think "Northern Gothic" is a great improvement on "This is where we disappear" as for the quality of the songs. Often a folksy feeling to the tracks on here, this is a CD of very high quality. Highly recommended. Grindelwald Gus

"Narcotic Kisses" is the latest addition in the rapidly
expanding Green Pajamas catalogue. But this is not a new album in thetypical sense, rather an odds and ends type of compilation. The banddidn't want to release these tracks from the vault, various compilationsand limited 7"s with any fanfare, so Camera Obscura took the opportunityto do a gorgeous 220g audiophile vinyl pressing limited to only 300copies. And as far as these kinds of collections go, it's a pretty damncompelling one.The opening "I've Got A Crush On You" is a re-recording of oneof the first Green Pajamas songs ever recorded, done some time in theearly 80s.
